Penelope Burk to lead two fundraising events
San Antonio Area Foundation

Penelope Burk, author of “Donor-Centered Leadership” and “Donor-Centered Fundraising,” is renowned for the evidence-based fundraising philosophy she derived from her cutting-edge research involving thousands of donors.

Burk will provide donor-related strategies at the following two events held at the Mays Family Center at the Witte Museum. 

Donor-Centered Fundraising: How to hold on to your donors and raise more money

Recruit your next board members on Nov. 14

Meet the next generation of board members and volunteers at Get On Board!, San Antonio’s board recruiting summit. In 2016, more than 160 professionals connected with over 70 nonprofit organizations at the event. Get On Board! takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 14 at the Whitley Theological Center.

Important Resource Library update 
New, limited hours for those needing technical assistance

Our Reggie Williams Resource Library has print and online resources available to nonprofits. The library is open from Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Starting this month, a staff person will be available on Mondays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. to provide technical assistance. Library assistance will also available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To schedule an appointment, email Jenna Gonzales at
