GCBO Adopt-an-Oystercatcher Program
Gulf Coast Bird Observatory

March, 2016

We are once again implementing our Adopt-an-Oystercatcher program for 2016. Through this program you can symbolically adopt an oystercatcher ($50) or a pair of oystercatchers ($100). Your donation will go to help support this important monitoring program. In return we will notify you monthly of your bird's progress during the nesting season. In February we found nine nests so the birds are already getting underway! You can click here for information on how to adopt a bird. We have only included birds that are being monitored regularly but if you know of another pair that you would like to adopt, please let Sue know and she will make that happen. Remember to check our blog regularly to follow along through the nesting season on the Oystercatcher Diaries
