WHAT:            The Professional Seminar is an annual event hosted by Communities Foundation of Texas and SMU Dedman School of Law. This year, speaker Paul G. Schervish will discuss the topic “Emerging Stronger: The Meaning and Motives of Wealth and Philanthropy.” Schervish is one of the nation’s leading experts in philanthropy and has been named five times to NonProfit Times’ annual ‘Power and Influence Top 50’ list.
