Are you looking to enhance your leadership skills?
San Antonio Area Foundation

February, 2013

The Art of Leadership vs. The Science of Administration

This course is an examination of the “skills” that make leaders influential and effective. Learn what sets great leaders apart from their peers who may have excellent professional and technical skills but struggle to persuade, enroll and mobilize their colleagues. Unlike program development or resource management, which a capable individual can succeed at unilaterally, leadership requires the willing consent of others. Participants will gain an understanding of the roots of inter personal influence, persuasion, negotiation and vision in order to take their own leadership to the next level.
